Women's Soccer Adds Three More Recruits
Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University women's soccer program has added three additional student-athletes to its 2012 recruiting class in an announcement made by head coach Matt Kellogg.
The three additional commitments join seven previously announced recruits as part of the class for the Bulldogs.
The additions include a pair of defenders in Ashley Bradstreet (Grandville) and Colleen Lewellyan (Naperville, Ill./Benet Academy) along with midfielder Abigail Meirndorf (Mason).
Kellogg will embark on this third season at the Bulldog helm this fall and has guided FSU to back-to-back trips to the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Tournament.
Ferris State finished the 2011 campaign with a 7-9-3 overall record. Last fall's appearance in the conference tournament represented the program's fourth ever as the Bulldogs also made the tournament in 2007 and 2008 before the back-to-back trips in 2010 and 2011.
