Ferris State University women's volleyball senior Sarah Lark (Alma) was selected to the 2009 Ferris State Invitational All-Tournament Team.

The 5-11 middle hitter averaged 2.14 kills, 0.71 blocks, and 0.43 digs per set in the two-day (Aug. 28-29) tournament. She totaled eight kills in three tourney matches - vs. West Virginia State (8/28), California, Pa. (8/29), and Minnesota, Crookston (8/29).
Lark recorded a personal tournament-best .583 hitting percentage to go with a match-high four blocks (all block assists) in the Bulldogs' tourney-finale match against Minnesota, Crookston (8/29). Ferris State posted a 2-2 overall record in its four tournament contests.
The Ferris State Invitational All-Tournament Team honor represents the second year in a row for Lark, who was one of three Bulldogs named to the 2008 tournament squad.
Lark and her Ferris State teammates return to action this Friday (Sept. 4) at the St. Cloud State Tournament in St. Cloud, Minn. The Bulldogs will play two matches per day in the two-day (Sept. 4-5) tournament.
