Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University Athletics Ticket Office has announced that extremely limited tickets remain and fans must purchase quickly for the Bulldogs' visit to Ann Arbor next weekend (March 1-2) to square off against the Michigan Wolverines in the final Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) regular-season series ever at Yost Ice Arena.

The demand for tickets for the weekend series at Michigan has exceeded Ferris State's initial allotment of tickets from UM and prompted FSU officials to request an additional allotment from Michigan that are standing room only.

Tickets for the series' opener on Friday, March 1, are still available, but must be purchased by noon on Monday (Feb. 25) and are $25 each.

A few limited spots remain available for the Bulldogs' fan bus trip to Yost Ice Arena for the series finale on Saturday, March 2.  Bus trip reservations must be made by 2 p.m. (ET) this Saturday (Feb. 23) by calling the FSU Athletics Ticket Office at (231) 591-2888 or by visiting the ticket office located inside the Ewigleben Sports Complex.

In addition to the limited bus availability, a limited number of standing room only tickets are available for the March 2 finale and must be purchased by noon on Monday.  All standing room only tickets are $20 each.

Fans interested in purchasing tickets thru the FSU Athletics Ticket Office can call (231) 591-2888 or visit the sports complex box office during normal business hours, which are Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET).  The box office will also be open this Saturday beginning at noon during Ferris State's home basketball doubleheader.

Both matchups at Yost Ice Arena will begin at 7:35 p.m. (ET) and the series represents the Bulldogs' final CCHA regular-season contests in the 42-year history of the league.  Both weekend games are set to be televised nationally with the Friday night opener live on CBS Sports Network and the regular-season finale being aired live on Fox Sports Detroit.

Earlier this year, the Bulldogs skated to a 5-0 series-opening win over Michigan inside FSU's Ewigleben Ice Arena (Nov. 30) before battling to a 3-3 overtime draw against the Wolverines the following night (Dec. 1) in Big Rapids.

The two contests at Yost Ice Arena could help determine the Bulldogs' postseason playoff fate. The Bulldogs are idle this weekend before the trip to Ann Arbor and currently tied for fourth place in the league standings with Ohio State. The top five teams at the conclusion of the regular-season will earn a first-round bye for the upcoming CCHA Tournament with the top four seeds hosting second-round playoff action.

Stay tuned to for updated postseason information as it becomes available.
