The Central Collegiate Hockey Association's (CCHA) 'CCHA LIVE' will debut on FOX Sports Detroit this Saturday (Dec. 4) at 9:30 p.m. (EST) following the live telecast of the nationally-ranked Ferris State University men's ice hockey game at Michigan State, which gets underway at 7:05 p.m. (EST).

The show, originating from the FOX Sports Detroit studio, will feature Mickey York serving as host and former Western Michigan player and coach Jim Culhane as studio analyst.

This postgame version of CCHA LIVE will provide interviews and highlights from the Ferris State-Michigan State game, update scores from around the league and get fans up to speed on all the latest happenings in the CCHA.

CCHA LIVE is scheduled to air 10 times over seven dates this season, predominantly as a postgame show.  Pregame editions are slated for Dec. 11 (prior to "The Big Chill at The Big House) and Jan. 29 (to start "Hockey Day in Michigan" coverage).

As is the case with CCHA LIVE, all CCHA games on FOX Sports Detroit this season will be televised in high definition (HD).  This Saturday's (Dec. 4) league contest between the Bulldogs and Spartans will be the network's first CCHA game at a campus site to be shown in HD.
