Fox 17 Interview With Tony Annese
Big Rapids, Mich. - The first stop on the "Tony Annese Tour" was a huge success last night (Feb. 9) as the new Ferris State University football head coach had an opportunity to connect and meet with a large group of alumni and fans near the Grand Rapids area.
Thursday's first tour stop at the Buffalo Wild Wings location on 44th street in Wyoming featured Coach Annese and members of his staff along with FSU Athletics Director Perk Weisenburger and Athletics Advancement Officer Will Goode.
In addition to taking time to socialize with the guests, Coach Annese also talked about the state of Bulldog Football and his plans for the future as the school's new head coach. He also had an opportunity to discuss this year's recruiting class.
Thursday's event featured significant media coverage from the Grand Rapids area as well as both Fox 17 and WZZM 13 TV were on hand for the night.
Coach Annese will also visit Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the Michigan communities of Saginaw (Feb. 16) and Rochester Hills (Feb. 23) over the next two weeks. Each event will be held on a Thursday evening starting at 6 p.m. (ET) and will run until 8 p.m. (ET).
The tour stop for the Saginaw location on Feb. 16 will be on Tittabawassee Road while the stop in Rochester Hills on Feb. 23 will take place at the Rochester BW3 spot.
