Ferris State University Athletics has launched a text messaging alerts service. Below are instructions on how fans can be added to the Ferris State Athletics text message database and receive periodic updates and messages pertaining to Bulldog Athletics:

1.) From any mobile phone, open a new text message.
2.) Add the number: 288411 in the "To" field.
3.) Add the word FerrisState in the message field and press send.

4.) You will receive a text message back. Reply with the word YES and you will be added to the athletics text message database.
