Ferris State STUNT Team Comes Away With Saturday Split In First-Ever Road Action

Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University STUNT team competed in its first-ever road action on Saturday (Feb. 14), earning a split in Hammond, Ind.

The Bulldogs, who were coming off two historic wins in their program debut last week, topped Lewis (Ill.) by a 21-17 margin in the opener on Saturday before suffering their first setback with a 26-15 decision against Trevecca Nazarene in the finale.

The event was hosted by Purdue Northwest.

Ferris State is now 3-1 overall this year in its first season of competition under head coach Perrmella Harris.

The Bulldogs will be back in action on Sunday (Feb. 15), closing out the weekend trip with two contests in Romeoville, Ill. FSU will take on Quincy (Ill.) in game one and Purdue Northwest in game two at Lewis University.
