PREVIEW: Bulldog Hockey Takes On Bowling Green In CCHA Play This Weekend In Ohio
Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's ice hockey squad continues Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) action this weekend as the Bulldogs visit longtime league rival Bowling Green.
The Bulldogs and the Falcons will square off at the Slater Family Ice Arena in Bowling Green, Ohio, on both Friday and Saturday (Nov. 1-2) nights. Both games are slated to begin at 7:07 p.m. (ET).
The Bulldog Sports Network and flagship radio station Sunny 97.3 FM will carry both weekend games with online coverage also available at FerrisStateBulldogs.com. Pregame coverage begins both nights at 6:30 p.m. (ET).
Additionally, both games will also be video streamed on a pay-per-view basis via CCHA TV on the league's new streaming platform in partnership with MidCo Sports Plus. An international stream is also available for customers outside of the United States and can be found on the Bulldog Hockey schedule page at FerrisStateBulldogs.com.
Entering the weekend series, Bowling Green leads the all-time series with a 79-66-14 mark. The Falcons are 46-32-6 versus FSU at home and have won the last four matchups overall between the two teams.
This year marks FSU's 50th season of hockey and 47th season of NCAA Division I hockey action. It is also the Bulldogs' 33rd campaign under longtime head coach Bob Daniels.
