Special Fan Events Planned In Texas Prior To Ferris State Football National Championship Game
Big Rapids, Mich. - Ferris State University football fans planning to follow the Bulldogs to the 2025 NCAA Division II National Championship game this coming Saturday, Dec. 20, in McKinney, Texas, will have an opportunity to enjoy several pregame events being planned.
The 15-0 Bulldogs will face the 15-0 Harding Bisons in the D2 title game at 4 p.m. (CST) on ESPN2 at the McKinney ISD Stadium.
On Friday night, a special "D2 Fan Fest" will take place at Tupps Brewery in McKinney featuring live music, bands, food, cheerleaders and more. All fans are invited to attend the championship pep rally event hosted by the NCAA and the local community starting at 6 p.m. (ET). The event is free and open to the public with food and drink available for purchase. The venue is located at 402 E. Louisiana Street in McKinney.
Prior to Saturday's national title game, the alumni association will hold a special pregame tailgate for alumni, family and friends at the McKinney ISD Stadium starting at 12:30 p.m. (CT). Additional information on the pregame celebration and a link to RSVP can be found at this link below:

The gates to the McKinney ISD stadium will open at 1:30 p.m. (CST) on Saturday with kickoff set for 3 p.m. (CST). The ticket offices will open on both the east and west sides of the stadium 90 minutes prior to kickoff. There will be a $10 parking fee at the McKinney ISD Stadium and no re-entry to the stadium without the purchase of a new ticket.
Fan tailgating is permitted within the McKinney ISD Stadium starting at 12 p.m. (CT) on gameday. The MISD stadium also has a no-bag policy and fans are not allowed to bring any outside food or beverage items inside the stadium. All fans may be subject to security inspection prior to entry into the stadium.
