Ferris State D2 Football National Championship Student Lottery For Travel

Big Rapids, Mich. - The Center for Student Involvement is hosting a lottery for students and one guest to purchase a spot on the Ferris Sate Student Fan Bus, tickets to the 2025 Division II Football National Championship Game and one-night hotel stay. Students must register following the conclusion of the 2025 Division 2 Football National Semifinal Game, registration for the lottery closes on Sunday, December 14 at 4 p.m. (ET).
Lottery Information:
Students interested in joining the Ferris Student Fan Bus must register by Sunday, December 14 at 4 pm for the lottery, using their Ferris360 login. The Center for Student Involvement will randomly draw and communicate to individuals via email selected starting Sunday, December 14 beginning at 5 pm. If space allows, a second drawing will occur on Monday, December 15.
Details regarding Ferris Fanatic Caravan Lottery
- Each student must register by using their Ferris 360 login information.
- Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries will not be selected.
- Students must enter their guests legal names during registration.
- Students may register for the lottery AND be listed as a guest on another's lottery registration
- Students chosen for a room are responsible for paying for the entirety of their room no latter than 4:00 pm on Monday, December 15. No splitting of payments or will be accepted.
- Failure to pay by Monday, December 15 (or date provided by Center for Student Involvement) will result in a forfeiture of space on Ferris Student Fan Bus.
- All sales are final.
Ferris Student Fan Bus Package (double beds, some King beds are available on request):
The University has secured hotel accommodations for the Ferris Student Fan Bus. The $150 cost includes one hotel room, round trip bus transportation from Big Rapids to the hotel and championship game in McKinney, TX and two tickets into the DII Football National Championship Game.
Game Tickets:
Students and their guests on the Ferris Fanatic Caravan will be provided game tickets on route to the bus.
Meals:
The Ferris Student Fan Bus will stop at truck stops on the way. Students and their guests are responsible for their own meals. The hotels are located near food establishments within walking distance and offer complimentary breakfast on 12/20.
Additional Details:
· Each person travelling will need to complete a waiver with contact info and emergency contact info.
· Students and their guest must be at least 18 years old.
· Students, faculty, and staff must show their University ID during registration. Guests not affiliated with Ferris must show their state ID during registration.
· One person per room may need to provide a credit card at time of check-in for incidentals.
· This travel package is only for Ferris State students and their guest. Each Ferris student is responsible for the behavior of their guest. Violations of local, state, federal law, and/or University policy is grounds for being removed from the bus and referrals to the Office of Student Community Standards.
Tentative Itinerary (All Times Local):
Thursday 12/18- 5:45PM-6:20PM Bus check-in
Thursday 12/18 – 6:30 PM Bus leaves Big Rapids, MI
Friday 12/19- Bus will make 1 hour stop for breakfast
Friday 12/19 – 3-4PM Arrive at hotels in McKinney, TX
Friday 12/19 - Fan Fest- no bus transfers
Saturday 12/20 – 1PM Hotel check out and depart for NCAA DII Championship Football Game
Saturday 12/20- 3PM Game Kickoff
Saturday 12/20 – Following game depart for Big Rapids
Sunday 12/21 – 2-5PM Arrive Big Rapids
