Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's tennis will return to action after a nearly month-long layoff this week and the Bulldogs will host a pair of matches over the weekend inside the Racquet and Fitness Center.
FSU, which is currently 6-1 overall and 3-0 in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) play to date under first-year head coach Chad Berryhill, resumes competition on Thursday (March 21) evening against NCAA Division I Western Michigan on the road at 6 p.m. (ET).
Following the road tilt, the Bulldogs are back at home over the weekend as FSU entertains Lake Superior State on Saturday (March 23) at 11 a.m. (ET) followed by a Sunday (March 24) morning tilt against Michigan Tech beginning at 10 a.m. (ET). Both are league matches.
Both matches are open to the public and admission is free.
After the two home matches this weekend, FSU has only one regular-season home match remaining versus rival Grand Valley State on April 12 in Big Rapids.
Ferris State has presently won its last five matches overall heading into Thursday night's encounter with Western Michigan.
