Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's and women's basketball teams return home for a pair of Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) doubleheaders at FSU's Jim Wink Arena.

The Bulldogs first host Michigan Tech in a conference twinbill on Sunday (Dec. 18) with the women's game starting at 1 p.m. (ET) followed by the men's contest at 3 p.m. (ET).

Then, on Monday (Dec. 19), FSU hosts Northern Michigan in league play.  Tipoff for the women's game is slated for 5 p.m. (ET) with the men taking the floor at 7 p.m. (ET).

Ferris State home basketball tickets are sold on gameday at Wink Arena and are $7 for adults or $5 for FSU faculty/staff, senior (ages 65+) and students K-12.  Current FSU students are admitted free by showing a valid student ID card.  For more ticket info, please call the FSU Athletics Ticket Office at (231) 591-2888.

All four games will be carried live by the Bulldog Sports Network with Dan Kowalski filling in and providing the play-by-play coverage.  All four contests will be available online at www.FerrisStateBulldogs.com.  Additionally, the men's games will be broadcast on Sunny 97.3 FM.  A live pay-per-view video webcast and live internet statistics will also be offered.  The listing of available links can be found above.

The Bulldog men's squad has won its last six games in a row and holds a 6-3 overall record along with a perfect 3-0 league mark.  Michigan Tech (5-4, 3-0) is also unbeaten in men's conference play heading into Sunday's showdown.  Meanwhile, the Northern Michigan men's team is 4-4 overall and 2-1 in conference play.  The Wildcats visit Grand Valley State on Sunday before facing FSU.

On the women's side, Ferris State owns a 4-2 mark and is 2-1 in the GLIAC.  Nationally seventh-ranked Michigan Tech is 7-1 on the year and 3-0 in league action.  The NMU women's team holds a 4-5 overall record along with a 1-2 conference slate entering the road trip to GVSU and FSU.

The two conference doubleheaders represent the final action for both Bulldog teams prior to the holiday break.
