Big Rapids, Mich. - Ferris State University fans can listen to all the exciting action of Bulldog Football again this fall as local radio station WYBR (102.3 FM) plans to carry all 11 FSU regular-season contests.
The first broadcast will be Friday (Sept. 3) evening as the
Bulldogs square off against the Hillsdale Chargers in a non-league
tilt at HC's Frank "Muddy" Waters Stadium in Hillsdale, Mich.
Pregame coverage will begin at approximately 6:40 p.m. (ET) with
the contest slated to kickoff at 7 p.m. (ET).
In addition to the local radio broadcast on Y102, fans from across the world can also listen live online at www.ferrisstatebulldogs.com by clicking on the "Bulldog Webcasts" icon found in the center column of the page.
FSU Associate Athletics Communications Director Rob Bentley will call the play-by-play action for Friday night's opener with local journalist Sandy Gholston providing color commentary. The duo will carry all six Bulldog road games this fall with longtime play-by-play announcer Jason DaDay serving as the voice for the five home contests at Top Taggart Field.
WYBR Radio is part of the Big Rapids Radio Network and owned by Mentor Partners, Inc. The online broadcasts are heard live on the internet through an agreement with FSU Athletics, Ferris Television and Mentor Partners, Inc.
